How great is that! While our main sales channel is the very website you’re readying this blog on, you’ll also find our products in local brick and mortar stores as well as farmers markets.
Initially, WeQook is launching a unique collection of products that includes fresh pestos, herb and truffle butters, local honey, salt, spices, and seasonings, microgreens, and edible flowers and leaves. Quite a list right? And that’s just what we’re starting with! So much more to come. These products are going to take your cooking game to the next level. Our line of fresh pestos are second to none. They’re made with fresh locally grown microgreens from Flavour Fields in Riverhead NY. Microgreen have both concentrated flavor and nutrients – so this is guaranteed to be not only the tastiest, but the healthiest pesto you’ve ever tried! It’s blended with loads of fresh parmesan cheese, toasted nuts and seeds, and extra virgin olive oil. We really don’t skimp on anything with our pestos – they’re a luxurious treat you have to try!
We’re also producing a line of flavored butters – perfect for sautéing, baking, or just spreading on bread. They’re made with high quality Cabot butter and unique delicious add-ins like truffle, Wild Tailed Peppercorns, Herbes de Provence, and Micro Chives. These butters are a fantastic staple that should always be stocked in your fridge. Perfect for just about any weeknight cooking project or a swanky weekend date night feast!
Our collection of gourmet salts, spices, and seasonings from Lafayette Spices is going to blow your mind. We’ve got everything from Black and White Peppercorns to totally wild and exotic offerings like Toasted Yuzu Sesame Seeds from Japan and Kampot Long Red Peppercorns from Cambodia. It’s an expansive and impressive group of seasonings that’s going to take your dishes from zero to hero!
