Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
  • Non-perishable items: Returns are accepted as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Perishable items: Unfortunately, due to their nature, we cannot accept returns on perishable items.
  • Sale items and gift cards: We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, please contact us at info@weqook.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
